Daniel Lima, graduated in Dietetics and Nutrition from the Higher School of Health Technology of Lisbon, ISAK Level 1 accredited anthropometrist, and Anti-Doping consultant for UKAD. A former football player with experience in national championships, Daniel continued his journey in the sports world with Nutriwin as a Nutritionist, aiming to help athletes—whether in a professional or recreational setting—achieve better health and maximize sports performance through nutrition. Passionate about sports, especially football, in his free time, he enjoys playing football with friends or in the famous “Sunday League.”
