Sofia Gaspar, a nutritionist passionate about sports nutrition, with a particular interest in endurance sports and gut health. Accredited in Anthropometry Level 1 by ISAK and with training in Sports Nutrition from the Academy of Dragão, she finds at Nutriwin the opportunity to do what she loves most: helping athletes and clients achieve their goals and get the best potential out of their performance, health, and well-being.She enjoys trying different sports, but it is running where you can find her most regularly. In her free time, she particularly enjoys playing padel, doing nature trails, and reading.
