Luís Fonseca is a nutritionist and a full member of the Order of Nutritionists since 2021. Since then, he has dedicated himself exclusively to sports and clinical nutrition, working with athletes from various sports and having worked with several football clubs such as CF “Os Belenenses,” CF Estrela da Amadora, CD Mafra, Casa Pia AC, Sporting CP, and more recently, SCU Torreense, where he coordinates the nutrition department. Evidence-based practice and scientific updating have always been a constant, being an accredited ISAK Level 1 anthropometrist and having attended several courses in the field, such as Advanced Sports Nutrition (Bwizer) and other training and conferences.From football, padel, mountain biking, and the gym to music, cinema, the beach, and the mountains, he always finds ways to stay busy.
