Nutritionist at Nutriwin Sports Nutrition, with a special focus on high-performance team sports, a field she was part of for 10 years as a federated football and futsal player. She made the move from Leiria to Lisbon in search of new challenges, accumulating various complementary qualifications over time, such as Advanced Sports Nutrition (Bwizer), Level 1 Anthropometrist Certification (ISAK), and Pedagogical Skills Certification (CCP). Outside of work, the sports component is always present, as she loves playing football with friends and running, but also enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her cats, and sitting at a terrace café in the late afternoon.
